Refunds are not issued in respect of lost, stolen or mislaid Eurostar tickets. In certain cases, providing the loss is reported to Eurostar more than 24 hours prior to the relevant departure, a police report has been completed and the booking details can be retrieved to verify that the tickets have not already been re-issued or exchanged, then a replacement ticket (not manual duplicates) may be issued.
