  • Please refer to the fare guide for ticket refund conditions.
  • Fully flexible tickets can be refunded up to 2 months after the date of travel
  • Tickets booked through GDS should be processed for refund through BSP/ ARC
  • Tickets booked through ELGAR should be refunded in the system at their original point of sale.
  • Any ELGAR tickets that cannot be refunded in the system should be sent to this address:
