How do we select the Any Belgian Station fare?
ABS fares have a new passenger type which should be used when pricing the bookings in Elgar.
Fares to Brussels only will have the same passenger type as Paris fares.

ABS on GDS?
Booking the ABS fare on GDS is not possible. Agents using GDS who wish to make a booking to any Belgian station can contact Eurostar 4 Agents team on 08448 242 524, they will be available to deal with both bookings and exchanges.
Does this affect the way that tickets can be collected at self service machines or print at home?
Any Belgian Station tickets can be collected from Eurostar self service tickets machines at the station or by using the print at home service on eurostar.com.
How long do customers with ABS tickets have to complete their onward journey once arriving in Brussels?
The ABS functionality can be used to complete the journey beyond Brussels until the day after the date of your arrival. So, supposing that there are domestic trains running that late in the evening, the offer is valid until midnight of the day after your arrival. For clarity and simplicity, through all channels we state that onward journeys must be completed within 24 hours of arrival in Brussels.
If a client has purchased a Standard Premier ticket, what class of service can they travel in on the Belgian domestic service?
Travellers with Standard Premier Tickets will be entitled to travel in First Class on Belgian domestic services.
Can customers connecting in Brussels for an onward ABS journey travel on ICE or Thalys services?
No, there is no change from the current arrangements. The endorsement text on tickets states that tickets are not valid on Thalys/ICE.
What other options exist for purchasing domestic rail tickets?
If your clients wish to make their own arrangements for domestic journeys within Belgium, there are 3 options available to them:
1. Purchase a domestic rail ticket on line from SNCB which offer a print at home ticketing facility
2. They can purchase a domestic rail ticket on arrival in Brussels Midi
3. They can purchase a ticket on board the domestic rail service however, fares charged on board are likely to be higher than those booked in advance.
Do customers travelling to Brussels Airport still need to pay the infrastructure supplement?
Yes, customers should be advised to purchase a Diabolo infrastructure fee at either an SNCB Ticket Office, automatic ticket dispenser or online.
The construction of this new railway line connecting Brussels and Antwerp with the airport will be completed by the end of 2012. SNCB is required to collect the Diabolo Infrastructure fee and pass it on to Northern Diabolo who are constructing the line.
Eurostar's RIT fares?
Separate RIT ranges are produced for Any Belgian Station and Brussels Only.
Any Belgian Station price range will be priced by adding the supplement to the existing Brussels fares:
- Standard class - £5.50
- Standard Premier - £7.50
