We are pleased to announce we have increased the availability of agent concession fares, making it even easier for you to experience Eurostar for yourself.
How to book:
GDS
- Check availability in the usual way in Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo. Look for ‘G’ class for Standard Premier or ‘N’ class for Standard. (Please do not hold the booking on your own system as we can not finalise them in this way).
- Please then call our agents concession line on 08448 224888. They will make and confirm the booking to a credit or debit card. A security question maybe asked to check eligibility. There is a £3.00 fee per booking when paying by credit card. There is no fee for customers paying by debit card.
- All tickets will be a TOD, and collected from the e-ticket machines or ticket desk. The named credit card holder must collect the tickets with the booking reference and credit card used at the time of booking.
Elgar
- Simply create PNR in the usual way through Elgar. Book ‘HW’ for Standard Premier or ‘BW’ for Standard. Assign the seats.
- Do not enter the form of payment or fare-quote the booking (this will be added by Eurostar).
- End the PNR and note the Elgar reference and the ticketing time limit.
- Once the booking is held, call the Concessions department on 08448 224888 who will confirm the booking to a credit or debit card. A security question may be asked to check eligibility.
- All tickets will be a TOD, and collected from the e-ticket machines or ticket desk. The named credit card holder must collect the tickets with the elgar reference and credit card used at the time of booking.
- There is a £3.00 fee per booking when paying by credit card. There is no fee for customers paying by debit card.

- The final step is to just enjoy your trip on Eurostar! To save even more time and money, remember to buy your metro passes for Paris and Brussels at St Pancras or Ashford International.

- Due to an increase in traffic, it has become necessary to impose an embargo on concessionary travel between 1730 and 1900 on Friday evenings.
- Special Price is available to employee and up to 3 companions travelling together for leisure use only.
- Tickets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Conditions of carriage apply.
- Concessionary bookings department is open Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1645.
- All agents must carry agency ID as spot checks will be carried out at terminals.
Fares are not valid on Disneyland Paris indirect services.
